At Profusion Cosmetics, we want you to love your glow; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt. Please ensure products are in their original packaging and meet our return eligibility criteria to receive a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box if possible and include a copy of your packing slip to ensure faster processing.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been fully processed.
